Cieran’s infatuation with music began at the age of 3 when his father purchased his frist toy drum kit, which, after being given real drumsticks by the drummer of his father’s band, Cieran managed to destroy. Being bought a real drum kit at age 8 Cieran progressed completing his Grade 8 Drums qualification at age 17 while attending North Warwickshire and South Leicester College on a Popular Music Course.
Cieran began investing time in a second instrument during college and moved onto the Popular Music course at University of Wolverhampton where he finished with 1st Class Honours.
Cieran is a professional bassist and drummer who is currently the bass player of function band The Chelsea Daggers and Drummer for the Brighton based Shoegaze/Post-Hardcore band Windowhead. He has played a variety of live gigs, including functions and originals, has worked with an eclectic mix of artists in a recording and live setting with genres ranging from Punk, Prog Rock and Indie to R&B and Hip Hop.


With 16 years expeirence playing drums and 12 years experience as a bass player Cieran has been teaching for 6+ years. Giving fun and engaging lessons by utilising songs to teach basics for beginners, moving through to grades when the student is ready and helping solidify technique or improving an overlooked skill for older and more advanced students.
